I happened to be talking to Maggie's father when he mentioned that Maggie was a realtor. I was buying from outside of the area so I really wanted to find someone that was familiar with the area and could help me. I gave her a list of properties I thought were interesting and my timeframe and she put it altogether for me and it was seemless!! I think we looked at 14 properties in a matter of hours. She had it all organized! The property that I ended up choosing was a For Sale By Owner. I didn't know what she would think of it. She jumped in with both feet and went down this wild ride with me!! I'm so impressed with her and her abilities that I would recommend her for a property purchase anywhere

Maggie Coleman was an amazing realtor. I was honestly presented with exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. She was that good! She was quick to respond;; and went above and beyond to make sure that she was there to answer our questions and help us when we had questions. She communicated clearly and accurately what the sellers, sellers agent and inspector said or asked and any information in between. We needed a realtor quickly and she was there for us. The sale was smooth and headache free. She knows about the areas she represents and is a wonderful person to be around. We just loved how happy she was and we love our home. I would recommend her to anyone and we will be using her in the future.
